For complex projects, you need a point person. I have managed book projects, events, marketing and publicity campaigns and more. Whether it's working with creatives, vendors, constituents or stakeholders, I can pull together all the pieces and keep things on budget and on schedule. Projects have included: 166 page membership directory and Buyers Guide for 350-member trade organization, including ad sales of over $120,000 and all layout and production; annual fundraiser Golf Outing with 2 courses, 262 golfers, 36 sponsors and two meals, with prizes, and all promotion; book project for international economic team, pulling together several articles by different authors; history book for regional association with three writers, photographer and all vendors; website launches for authors, organizations and businesses; rebranding of existing service, including renaming and all promotion; family memoir with family members in different parts of the country, managing editorial process and all vendors for publication of the book.

I have a stellar and extensive background in print production, and was Marketing Director for the regional print trade assocation. I understand printing, and I can work with designers and printers to get your project done on time and on budget, without expensive changes and avoiding disappointing results.
